Maintenance and repair of equipment must cover all associated sensor units, computers, laser and associated monitors, printers and UPS. Emergency visits: Fully Comprehensive and Extended Response Time include unlimited emergency visits, and Preventative Maintenance including 3 emergency visits. Any supplier must use reasonable endeavours to be at Customer's site within 8 working hours from receipt of call.",
