Neighbourhood Forums were first designated in 2012, and were re-designated by full Council on 7 December 2017. This is a unique situation, with 100% land coverage of Torbay Unitary Authority across three Neighbourhood Areas with a total population in excess of 130,000 to be examined simultaneously. Each of the Neighbourhood Plans propose land-use allocations/designations. Additional information: The documents are publicly available in pdf format.
