It is intended for the development to build confidence in both the practical feasibility of developing to these standards and market demand for the product to support Zero Carbon Eden. It is intended that the returns on the capital investment could be recycled in future projects. Eden District Council is seeking bids from suitably qualified and experienced consultants/company to assist the Council to project manage the Exemplar New Homes Project.",
