        "description": "The Regenda Group wish to appoint an experienced contractor to undertake disrepairs works following a successful claim from a tenant for the completion of the works/repairs within properties owned / managed by the Regenda Group. It is intended that the contract established following the procurement will run for an initial term of two years, extendable for a further term of three years via annual extensions, to a maximum term of five years.
