        "description": "This requirement is for a framework agreement for electrical maintenance works and small projects on the London Luton Airport (LLA) site for a period of three (3) years with an option to extend the contract for a further period of two (2) years taken up by single one (1) year extensions (3+1+1). Two contractors will be appointed on this framework and must be able to attend site within two hours of call out.
