The project comprises the following works to the existing football changing rooms: * to renovate and upgrade of the roof mounted water storage tank enclosure, * upgrade existing roof coverings, * repair of perished parapet and other brickwork * construction of a new toilet extension to one side of the football change room * Refurbishment of internal fittings and fixtures electrical and plumbing works. * Supply and installation of security fencing.
