An online applicant tracking system is required to support Health Education England's Global Learners programme. The programme aims to connect healthcare professionals based across the globe to available positions in NHS Trusts. The applicant tracking system will act as a database of qualified applicants to be connected to positions in NHS trusts. This activity will be self-contained in the system, however the system will be required to interface with the NHS Electronic Staff Records System to transfer a successful applicant's details to the host/employing organisation. The contract value will be a maximum envelope of PS36,000 (inclusive of VAT) for three years. The Commissioner reserves the right to extend the contract by up to a further two years.
