Management of lists confirming the eligibility of primary care contractors to provide services; 5. The service provider takes on delivery of certain services currently provided by NHS England and then will drive through a transformation plan to enhance service quality and value for money, developing an evolving catalogue of services to reflect the Authority's requirements.
