From this point, a ductwork cleaning tender will be issued to return unclean areas to acceptable levels. Additionally, a full clean of Nottingham Trent University's kitchen ventilation systems are to be completed (with primary focus on the extract systems - in accordance with 'TR19 - Fire Risk Management of Grease Accumulation within Kitchen Extract Systems).
