The Council's supported housing vision is to ensure that services make a positive contribution to improve the quality of life of vulnerable socially excluded people, living in the Borough, through the delivery of personalised preventative and early intervention housing support services. The Council intends to commission Young People's Supported Housing Services for vulnerable young people with complex needs including 16-17 year olds, those at risk of homelessness and those leaving care.
