        "description": "Chobham Recreation Ground is a public open space, comprising a football pitch, training ground and surrounding grass areas, a children's playground, memorial gardens, a drive and two car parks. There are also tennis courts and an all-weather games court on the site. Maintenance of those facilities is not included in this contract. Please see the maintenance schedule for details. The minimum value given for the contract is for the three-year duration of the contract. For more information, please contact Annette Barber or Jennifer Britt on 01276 856633. Chobham Parish Council is also seeking a contractor for maintenance for four small village open spaces and Chobham Recreation Ground Charitable Trust is seeking a contractor for weekly maintenance of the all-weather games court. Tenders for all these contracts, just two or a single one, will be considered but please submit as separate tenders.
