The expenditure for the provision of catering services is estimated to be no greater than PS60,000 per annum. This figure is intended to be used as a guide only and is not a guarantee of business that will be generated. The total value excluding VAT for the entire duration of the Framework Agreement is estimated to be no more than PS240,000. The framework agreement will subject to earlier termination be for a period of 3 years effective from 1st February 2015 to 31st January 2018, with the option to extend for a further 12 month period until 31st January 2019. The Council is following the Open procedure for this procurement exercise and the I T T and related documents will be available to Tenderers upon an expression of interest on the Sandwell M B C In-tend Supplier Portal.
