        "description": "Liverpool City Council (LCC) has a statutory duty to provide transport services for approximately 1821 eligible children, young people and adults as part of its home-to-school-transport service and adult social careservices.The total of all contracts consists of about 576 routes within Liverpool and the Merseyside area in private hire & hackney taxis, MPV's and minibuses. This contract also includes officer and general ad hoc travel.
