The Council wishes to procure a new housing management solution that will be used by Crawley Homes to manage and support the following key business areas: o Reporting o Tenancy Management o ASB o Rent, Arrears and Service Charge Processes o Repairs o Voids and Lettings including Garages o Property Cleansing and Clearance o Asset Management o Contact Management including Complaints o Right to Buy and Right to Buy back o Leasehold Management, including Section 20 processes The new system will be a fully supplier-hosted system based on open technologies enabling interface/integration with other systems, both in and outbound.
