        "description": "West Berkshire Council requires a contract for Care Home Catering. The provision of catering services at three Care Homes within West Berkshire Council boundaries as outlined in Appendix A to the specification. Details relating to each of the Council's three (3) Care Homes included in this contract are attached as Appendix B to the Specification. This includes the service required and the facilities at each unit. The Council reserves the right to increase or decrease the site portfolio. Suppliers are asked to submit a price for each site as detailed in the pricing schedule. Whilst we are looking for a price per site, we are evaluating on total prices for food costs, overheads and management costs. Please see tender evaluation model for more details.
