Limitation and dependencies - The supplier is required to deliver minimum viable product requirements by using a 'scrape' approach, whereby the website form is encapsulated within a native mobile app, this will limit resource commitment to a 'guiding eye' rather than any development commitment or additional documentation for backend processes between Sitecore, Azure, Cloudmersive, and Microsoft Dynamics CRM. Assumptions *Any user will be able to raise a concern via the app. *Supplier will have applicable development and support resources to deliver the solution and services described within this document. *Supplier will design key screens/ wireframes.
