HBB would like to invite tender submissions from experienced and professional organisations to provide specialist technical 'Toll System' expertise and advice to produce the relevant specifications for a new Free Flow Tolling System to be included within a design and build contract that HBB will produce in conjunction with other specialists as necessary.",
