We also wish to determine if there are any commercial partner(s) who would also operate the tea rooms/cafe and supply a bike hire/repair service. Our vision is for Pooley Country Park to become a cycle hub which has a cafe and 3 Mountain Bike Trails. Additional information: This is an exploratory soft market testing exercise. The contract start date, contract end date and project values, will be determined based on the results of the market testing findings.
