Currently during periods of inclement weather, the entrances to the lower part of the site are closed using temporary fencing, but as the site is regularly flooded a permanent solution is necessary. It is the Council's expectation to award the contract within a week of the closing date and for the installation to be completed by 30 November 2018.",
