A commitment to compliance with all equalities legislation (including but not limited to age, disability, race, religion or belief, gender and sexual orientation) and the public sector equalities duties and service delivery in accordance with the Council's Equal Opportunities/equalities policy. d. Sustainability as far as the law, providing that cost or availability does not prejudice service delivery.",
