The Supplier will demonstrate how their training delivery model enables the pharmacist to receive adequate support to achieve the learning outcomes (see 4.9 - 4.18). The Supplier should include the use of other healthcare professional colleagues, medical actors and educators for the clinical skills requirements as required. 3.4. The Supplier is encouraged to use multi-professional facilitators and should ensure all training facilitators are appropriately trained and demonstrably able to deliver the described training. The design and use of facilitator handbooks or guides would be encouraged. 3.5. The Supplier must provide each learner with a certificate of completion which can be used within the pharmacists' portfolio to provide evidence of achievement. 3.6.
