The aim of this procurement is to identify a supplier to evaluate Health Education England's Supported Return to Training (SuppoRTT) reforms. This exercise will assess both the impact of this intervention, and perception regarding the delivery and efficacy of the reforms, using a range of objective and subjective measures. The exercise will also produce advice regarding potential improvements to both the design and delivery of the SuppoRTT strategy and provide evidence to inform a business case to support future investment. The maximum value of this contract is PS225,000 over three years and PS75,000 inclusive of VAT per year. This figure is inclusive of any applicable VAT. This procurement is being run under the Lighter Touch Regime, as a one stage open process.
