These sections are mostly within 3 manifolds (deemed as confined space) and the jetty approach and head (approach over water). These Assets require a suitable and sufficient scaffold to be erected to facilitate these painting works to take place Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.",
