        "description": "The proposed works will comprise of civil maintenance repair works and the application of decorative / protective coatings to the external / internal elevations of the lighthouse tower, roof repairs, removal of existing redundant water tank at Esha Ness Lighthouse. More specifically, the main items of work are as follows: *Establish welfare facilities. *Set up site. *Carry out render repairs *Carry out roof repairs *Remove existing balcony handrail, and replace with new one. *Power-wash all external surfaces to tower and welfare building. *Carry out minor civil maintenance repair works. *Replace any damaged rainwater goods and SVP *Prepare and redecorate externally. *Prepare and redecorate internally. *Removal of redundant water tank. *Demolition of existing store under water tank. *Demolition of entrance porch to tower. *Provision of additional storm doors to tower. *Relocate ariels from porch to tower. *Fit NLB supplied information panel *Clear site. Site visits will be conducted on 14 March 2017 for this project. Please contact Ruth Millan, Procurement@nlb.org.uk to confirm attendance and names of representatives attending site. NB: All works are subject to NLB being granted all necessary listed building consent.
