This contract will be managed by the Property Services Team within SBC, which is responsible for the asset management and maintenance of the corporate buildings that fall under SBC's remit. The anticipated annual contract value will be approximately PS100,000. The Council anticipates that this contract will contribute between 5-15% of the successful tenderer's turnover, to ensure the contractor is able to meet the varying demands of the reactive maintenance service as expected by our customers and staff. The successful contractor will be very experienced in the provision of reactive term maintenance, including attendance to emergency repairs within 4 hours.
