The total contract value shall be PS400,000 excluding VAT. This procurement activity was a Call Off Competition via RM6179 Legal Services Panel: Lot 1, and the framework Terms and Conditions shall apply. A copy of the contract is provided with this Award Letter and includes those terms and conditions. The contract term has been extended and the new contract expiry date is the 7th November 2025. - This extension has been permitted to allow for all outstanding invoices to be processed for payment.",
