The Provider shall be responsible for designing and delivering the Programme. The Programme should be developed to include a mix of around 5 - 10 half day and full day sessions, and be ready for delivery starting mid/late February 2019, for a cohort of ten SCS. The Programme shall be delivered over a period of approximately six months. The Programme should also include two to three 1 to 1 coaching sessions per participant.",
