The Supplier is required to use a mixed methods data collection approach in accordance with the Specification for Services. The Supplier is required to deploy a range of data collection methods, including face to face and digital options. The Supplier is required to yield a minimum of 2,000 resident responses, comprising of response levels from various wards in the Ebbsfleet garden city and surrounding areas as set out in the Specification for Services.
