The University of Sheffield has previously appointed an SAP Maintenance contract with Edenhouse Ltd, meaning that we could not in effect buy the licenses from elsewhere and ask Edenhouse to carry out the maintenance. Edenhouse were appointed to carry out the correction process for the University and include the new licenses in the existing maintenance contract.",
