        "description": "Leeds City Council is making available a second funding opportunity for Large Vehicle operators of Non-Schedule Bus & Coach (NSB&C) to submit grant applications for financial support to upgrade non-compliant (below Euro VI diesel) prior to the implementation of the Leeds Clean Air Charging Zone (CAZ) in 2020. Non-compliant vehicles will be charged PS50 per day to drive in the CAZ. The grants available are capped at PS16,000 per vehicle for large vehicles driving extensively within the CAZ, a maximum of one application can be submitted per company group for a maximum of 10 vehicle upgrades. Please ensure that you read and refer to the competition instructions for full details of eligibility and matters for your consideration before submitting your application. NB: This competition closes at 5pm on Thursday 11th July 2019 and late submissions will not be accepted and no retrospective funding is available for vehicles already ordered or purchased.",
