The Salvage & Marine Operations Team, part of UK MOD, delivers Underwater Engineering services for Royal Navy Ships and Submarines, Royal Fleet Auxiliary Ships and MOD Training Vessels both within the UK and Overseas. The team have a requirement to contract for a two year framework agreement (plus an additional single option year) for the provision of global commercial diving services which shall meet HSE Diving at Work Regulations 1997 as a minimum standard. Service activities will include but are not limited to: Classification Society In-Water Surveys, Inspection, Hull Blanking, repair and replacement of ship hull fittings and fixtures, wet welding, coating repairs, propeller polishing and hull fouling removal. Contractors On Deployed Operations (CONDO) policy will be applicable for defined overseas support requirements. Additional information: Invitations to Tender have now been issued to five potential providers that have previously successfully passed the Supplier Selection phase of this procurement. The Authority will not be accepting any further requests to participate in this procurement.",
