        "description": "Southwark Council wishes to invite interested parties to participate in soft market testing in relation to jointly developing and jointly owning a construction company in the form of joint venture to deliver new council homes. Southwark Council is committed to building 11,000 council homes by 2043. So as well as having the construction skills to deliver good value, high quality and expedient delivery, we are looking for a partner which shares our commitment to ethical employment practice, social value and transparent community engagement.
