This will include the development of new products and innovations that will advance learning within the school curriculum in addition to the Schools administration systems. The successful Framework Agreement providers will be expected to supply high quality support and maintenance in accordance with national minimum standards (i.e. ISO/CISCO) and take responsibility for Hillingdon School's administration system, including servers, workstations and laptops. It is expected that the suppliers selected for the Framework Agreement will have the highest technical and customer service standards along with the ability/willingness to use their technical and industry contacts to work in true partnership with Hillingdon Schools.
