The contract will be awarded as one lot, encompassing all of the Peninsula Learning Trust schools. The contract will commence on 1 August 2018 for a period of 3 years, with a possible extension of 2 years by mutual consent and on the same terms and conditions as the original contract. The Client is seeking a suitably experienced Supplier who has current experience of working within the education market place, ideally with a strong operational base within the South West of England, thus allowing for both adequate contract support and operational flexibility. The current turnover in respect of the above schools is approximately 320K GBP per annum. Please note that some of the current staff are in the Local Government Pension Scheme; actuary reports will be provided and the successful Supplier will need to sign an ABS agreement and pay for all associated costs.
