direct marketing For the agreement to be considered to be successful it should: o Deliver an improved level of service and quality to end-users with utmost flexibility during peak periods o Achieve ongoing value for money and competitive pricing throughout the duration of the agreement o Maintain the integrity of the University's brand guidelines and consistent speed and quality of output o
