A list of menu options must be displayed at the point of sale and should include main meals and snacks and should be cyclical and adapted for the hospital business. Nutritional, including healthy options and allergen information should be printed on all product packaging and there must be provision for displaying this information at the point of sale. Integral pre-programmed reheating facilities should form part of the machinery. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs).
