It is anticipated that the project will consist of 97 Properties to be delivered over 2 years up to March 2025 The aim of the project is to reduce fuel poverty for tenants living in these properties and increase the SAP score ensuring no properties are E rated. In addition where LED OR CFL lighting is not currently in place these should be identified and replaced with suitable LED alternatives (typically pendant or bulkhead lighting).",
