Contract 3A: Extra Care and Support in The Orangery and Marlborough House Extra Care Schemes in East Sussex Contract 3B: Extra Care and Support in Cranbrook and Bentley Grange Extra Care Schemes in East Sussex Contract 3C: Extra Care and Support in Downlands Court and Margaret House Extra Care Schemes in East Sussex. Initial Contract term of 6 years with a option to extend up to 48 months. Estimated Contract Value PS0 up to PS43,000000 which includes the initial term and extension period/s. Contract value is not guaranteed but is based on placement activity.",
