London and Quadrant Housing Trust are seeking a suitably experienced Service Provider to deliver it's Pound Advice Service. The project sits within the L&Q Foundation under the Independent Lives pillar. The Contract is for an initial 2 years with optional extensions of 1 year + 1 year at an estimated value of PS3.8 million pounds for the full contract term.
