The summary Scope of Requirements is as follows: o To provide specialist debt advice to Raven Housing Trust (Raven) residents who find themselves in financial difficulty. This is to include one off advice and casework o To ensure that debt advice is accessible for any Raven resident who needs it. This must include face to face appointments where possible, as well as telephone and video appointments.
