The organisation wishes to take a holistic approach to wellbeing and move away from stand alone services towards a more joined up approach, recognising that good health and wellbeing is about prevention as well as remedial measures. The provider will engage with all colleagues to consider appropriate support for their health, and work in partnership with managers to give them confidence in discussing health issues and appropriate support options.
