        "description": "Bucknall New Road High Rise Flats: 1 Bedroom and 2 Bedroom properties - full flat refurbishment and remodel - kitchen and bathroom replacement, electrical and smoke alarm system upgrade, replacement heating and hot water system, flooring renewal, re plastering and redecoration. It is anticipated that there will be up to 27nr properties per year (subject to availability). This contract will be let to one contractor who will complete all the above works. Anticipated contract duration is 12 months with an optional extension of a further 12 months based on performance. The flats are within three blocks all in close proximity of each other.
