The key deliverables include: Development of Full IP Guidance for NHS Organisations Reviewing the draft IP guidance already created Reviewing existing case studies, IP policy examples, and exemplar agreements from across the NHS Turning the draft IP guidance into a complete guidance document by: - Developing best practice examples to illustrate key principles. Creating IP exemplar agreements (e.g., NDAs, opt-out agreements, MOUs, collaboration agreements, joint IP agreements). Designing diagrams and visual tools to showcase innovation pathways incorporating IP. Providing expert legal review and confirmation of alignment with any relevant legislation",
