        "description": "Project Requirements The University of Southampton is seeking to procure a stabilised gimballed EO/IR PTZ camera system for a wide range of experimental studies in the field of Unmanned Aircraft (Fixed Wing and Rotary Wing). If you are not already registered as a supplier with the In-Tend Portal, you will need to register before accessing the tender documents.
