The Service Provider will then pay the Council an agreed income from the sponsorship revenue. The Contract will be established for a period of 3 years with an option to extend for a further three years subject to performance and Council priorities. The extension is not guaranteed it is at the discretion of the Council. Note: Contract end date includes extension. Contract value is estimated based on previous contract.",
