Cornwall Council has approved the Nansledan Local Development Order. The Duchy are currently progressing archaeological works including topsoil clearance and groundworks Whilst the HWRC plot is still within Duchy ownership, it was agreed that this area would be included within the works, with the Council reimbursing the % relating to the new HWRC site.",
