The branding and spatial design are already established and construction is scheduled to start in Autumn 2018, with the planned opening in the first quarter of 2019. The project is the culmination of several years of community consultation and various engagement exercises and there is enthusiasm for the project in the local community. The ambition is to build a thriving, diverse, and affordable workspace to support local small businesses, freelancers, artists and creatives.",
