The works will include the stripping out and removal of the existing control panel. The existing plant equipment is to be maintained. New sensors, alarms and other BMS ancillaries are to be installed to the existing plantroom equipment including boilers, chillers, pumps, AHU, etc. Attending a site visit is mandatory.
