The supplier should recommend a reliable data collection methodology that will deliver a representative sample of schools in England. The supplier will be required to lead on sampling and support on questionnaire development, including cognitive testing. Fieldwork is expected to be completed before the 2018 school Easter holidays (end of March) and with final reporting delivered by the end of May 2018.",
