Implement and put a technological solution into operation that will make it possible to contribute to the management of agro-climatic risk while taking gender and inclusion considerations into account. Enhance the dissemination, use, and appropriation of the information products and services for the management of agro-climatic risk. Implement strategies to reinforce the UPRA IT management which will make it possible to give SIGRA sustainability and continuity and ensure its coordination with the Information System for Rural Agricultural Planning - SIGRA.",
